The Managing Director of the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre (UCC), Ms. Leticia Ndongole, and the Chief Executive of the Tanzania Building Agency (TBA), Arch. Daud Kondoro, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the TBA Head Office located on Samora Avenue City Centre, Dar es Salaam.

This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in fostering collaboration between the two institutions in the fields of Information and Technology  and the Building Industry, aimed at supporting National development initiatives within Tanzania and beyond.

The MoU sets the stage for joint engagement in both public and private sector projects, with key areas of collaboration including:

▪ICT Infrastructure Development
▪Digital transformation in Construction processes
▪Training and Capacity building in Technology and Engineering
▪Smart building solutions and sustainable technologies.

This partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to leveraging local expertise and advancing technological and structural development for the benefit of the Nation and the Region.
