Certified Business Process Management Professional (CBPP) equips you with a disciplined approach to identify, design, execute, document, measure, monitor, and control both automated and non-automated business processes to achieve consistent, targeted results aligned with an organization’s strategic goals. Prerequisites
For the CBPP® profound knowledge is required in all nine fields of knowledge of the BPM CBOK® as well as practical experience in process management: Business Process Management, Process Modeling, Process Analysis, Process Design, Process Performance Management, Process Transformation, Process Management Organization, Enterprise Process Management., and Business Process Management Technologies
